Meet Dr. Erin Giza (and Randall too)!

Dr. Giza cares for dogs, cats, some exotics and pot belly pigs as well as provide acupuncture services for small animal and equine patients. Her interests include acupuncture, medicine and surgery (including some orthopedic surgeries). Dr. Giza graduated from University of California, Davis College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. She lives in Cambridge, MD with her husband and entourage ...of horses, dogs and cats. Dr. Giza is coming to us from Layfield Veterinary Services and Pet's ER where she will continue a close working relationship with the doctors at both locations. She looks forward to meeting you and caring for your pets!

New Hours: Monday through Thursday 8 am - 6 pm and Friday 8 am - 5 pm.

We will remain closed for lunch from 12-2 but be available for emergencies if they were to arise during the lunch time. We will still refer to Pet's ER after hours.
More information to follow regarding acupuncture.

We have two exam rooms, in house laboratory, ultrasound and digital x-ray facility. We now also offer Companion Laser Therapy. The office is situated on a large piece of property so there is plenty of room for walking your pets.

We now carry a variety of gut-loaded feeder insects (dubia and mealworms) for reptiles and other exotics. Contact the office for availability.

I have sold the practice to Dr. Erin Giza and I have fully retired effective May 30, 2017. I would like to thank all my clients for your many years of support and loyalty to the practice. I appreciate and value every one of you.
